Pop-Up Travel Agency

In response to the UK’s struggling tourism scene, hotel booking specialists Hoo have done the honorable thing and channeled their marketing efforts into promoting the great British seaside holiday.

To kick-off, we helped them launch a pop-up travel agency in the heart of London’s trendy Shoreditch, fronted by drag royalty, Ellie Diamond – where the only location on offer was the jewel of Norfolk itself – Great Yarmouth.

As the agency launched, we also decked London out with some creative OOH ads, that could be spotted in Westminster, Wandsworth, and London Bridge station. Fusing the old with the new, we took inspiration from the fabulously tacky seaside resort posters from the 60s and added a millennial twist.

We also scripted, shot, and produced a camp as tits video asset, that sees Ellie Diamond talk us through why GY is the hottest staycation location of 2021.

This campaign delivered buckets of national press and a ton of juicy features, including Attitude, Heat, The Huffpost and The Sun, to name but a few.
