This summer hoo set out on a gallant mission to help boost the UK’s struggling seaside staycation scene.

In our second campaign with the hotel bookings specialists, we turned our attention to the itty bitty seaside essentials and created JUNX: Summer 2021’s must have beachwear line.

As it turns out, Gen Z are casting off their boxy Bermuda shorts in exchange for budgie smugglers this summer. So we teamed up with London fashion designer Olive to pack convenience into swimwear and create the only beach kegs to come with custom-made storage, so you can go hands-free when frolicking by the seaside.

We set up a bespoke page on-site where customers could buy them, and scripted, shot and produced a tongue-in-cheek, eighties-style infomercial showcasing the statement swimwear. 

This campaign delivered a gorgeous glut of national and lifestyle press hits including The Sun and The Daily Star, it also helped boost record amounts of traffic to the Hoo site.
